General Terms and Conditions

Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all quotations, offers, order confirmations, and sales agreements between Dope Living (“Dope Living,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the purchaser (“Customer” or “you”) for products and services provided via our website or other sales channels. Any terms and conditions proposed by the Customer are expressly excluded unless agreed in writing by Dope Living.

Quotations / Agreement

All quotations and offers from Dope Living are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise.

An agreement is formed when Dope Living confirms your order in writing (including by email).

Orders for custom or made-to-order goods cannot be cancelled or returned.

Other orders may be cancelled or changed within 1 business day of order confirmation, subject to our written approval and any applicable conditions.

Dope Living reserves the right to correct errors in price, discount, or delivery dates, or to cancel orders in such cases.

Price and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Dope Living may suspend or cancel orders for non-payment or insufficient credit.

Delivery / Shipping / Damages

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Dope Living is not liable for delays outside our control.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for orders below a minimum value.

Upon delivery, inspect your order for damage. If goods are damaged, refuse delivery and notify us immediately with photos.

Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery.

Product Variations, Complaints, and Returns

Minor variations in color, shape, or finish may occur due to the handmade or natural nature of our products.

If you believe goods are not as ordered, notify us within 5 business days of delivery with detailed information and photos.

If a complaint is justified, Dope Living may choose to replace the item or refund the purchase price.

Returns are only accepted with our prior written approval. Custom or made-to-order goods are not returnable.

Warranty

Dope Living warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, or modifications without our consent.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within two (2) months of discovering the defect.

Limitation of Liability

Dope Living is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or goodwill.

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price paid by the Customer for the affected goods.

Force Majeure

Dope Living is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.

Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of Dope Living until paid for in full.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on our website and products are the intellectual property of Dope Living and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wyoming, USA.

The parties will seek to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to litigation.

Changes to Terms

Dope Living reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website and will apply to all subsequent orders.
